东北蕨类植物配子体发育的研究 Ⅺ.鳞毛蕨科 被引量:20

摘要 本文研究了鳞毛蕨科、鳞毛蕨属的粗茎鳞毛蕨、华北鳞毛蕨和远东鳞毛蕨及耳蕨属的鞭叶耳蕨和棕鳞耳蕨的配子体发育过程,从而比较它们种、属之间的主要特点和区别。 The development of gametophytes of 3 species of Dryopteris and 2 species of Polystichumwere studied. Spores of Dryopteris are yellowish brown and its perine are thiner thanPolystichum. The filaments are composed of cylindric or long cylindric cells. The hairs occurrwhen the anterior part of prothallial plate is 4-5 cells broad stage. The hairs areclub-shaped to slender club-shaped and caped with extracellular secretions persistent or deciduous early. While spores of Polyshchum are deep yellowish brown and its perine are thickerthan Dryopteris. The cells of filaments are mainly short barrel-shaped. The ham occurr whenthe anterior part of prothallinl plate is about 6-10 cells broad stage. The hairs are papillousspherical to spherical club-shaped, and the majority of its extracellular secretions are deciduous early.The hairs of Dryopteris crassishizoma are club-shaped and its extracellular secretions developed and persistent, and that of D. goeringiena are long club-shaped, extracellular secretionsdeveloped but sometimes deciduous early, and that of D. sichotensis are slender clubshaped,extracellular secretions usually deciduous.The hairs of Polystichum craspedosorum are papillous spherical, and that of P. brauniiare spherical club-shaped.As mentioned above it is obvious that the genera Dryopteris and Polystichum, and 3species of the former and 2 species of the latter differ from each other on the main chactersin the development of their gametophytes.
