摘要
通过对高等职业技术教育人才培养目标及四种模式的认识,结合学院实际说明要想实现高职人才培养目标,必须探求校企联合、产学合作即“产学合作教育”人才培养模式,而我们探求这种模式是以建立生产实习基地为依托的。
Through the understanding of the training goal of the higher vocational and technical talents and the four modes, combining the concrete conditions of the college, the essay expounds that in order to realize the training goal of higher vocational talents, we must explore the model of school-enterprise coalition and producing-learning cooperation, that is, the talents?training mode of 損roducing-learning education? The model we try to explore is based on establishing the practice bases.
