摘要
关于细胞悬浮培养中体细咆胚发生的超微结构,前人工作并不多,Halperin 等(1967)和 Mcwilliam 等(1974)曾在胡萝卜细胞培养中作过电镜观察,但是他们的观察都是从发生了胚性细胞的细胞团,即胚性细胞团以后开始的。没有作过全过程的观察。本文则用电镜观察了石防风(Peucedanum terebinthaceum)细胞悬浮培养中从单细胞直至原胚形成各阶段细胞超微结构的变化。
The ultrastructure of the cells from single cell to globular embryo stage in suspensioa culture were investigated.The amount and morphology of the organelles,especially the plas- tids spherosomes and protein bodies changed otviously during the embryogenesis.In embryo- genetic clump stage there occured in the vacuolated cells direct nucleus division and Deripherai cytoplasmic swelling.The vacolated cells returned to embryonic state quickly in this way.In this paper the physiological and biological significance of the ultrastructural changes of cells in different stages of somatic embryogenesis are discussed,
