摘要
目的通过对采用动力髋螺钉(DHS)内固定术治疗38例老年股骨粗隆间骨折的观察,探讨DHS系统对老年股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法所有病例均于骨折早期经髋关节外侧切口行DHS内固定术,手术当日于术前即开始应用抗生素且连续应用7～10d,术后1周开始患髋关节及同侧膝关节的持续被动功能锻练(CPM)和主动运动。结果所有病例骨折愈合,愈合时间7～11W,平均9.5W,2～4W开始负重,关节功能恢复良好,关节功能优良率88.6%。结论DHS系统应用于老年股骨粗隆间骨折疗效可靠,是老年股骨粗隆间骨折理想的治疗方法。
Objective To explore the therapy effect by following up 38cases of femoral in-tertrochanteric fracture of aged patients were fixed internally with Dy namic Hip Screw(DHS ).Methods All cases of femoral intertrochante ric fracture were fixed with internally DHS in early fracture,cut through the side of hip joint Antib iotic was used for an hour before operation and lasted from 7to 10days.Patients begin to do the continuous passive motion(CPM)and active action to the injuried hip joint and knee joint within 1week.Results It was from 7to 11weeks with a mean tim e of 9.5weeks for all cases of fractur e to unite.Injuried leg was weighed down Within from 2to 4weeks.Joint function recovered to well.The rate that recoverring to su-perior was 88.6%.Conclusion It was trusty for system of DHS to trea t femoral intertrochanteric fractu re of aged patients,IT was an ideal meth od.[
