摘要
目的:探讨双头加压空心螺钉在老年股骨粗隆间骨折中的应用价值。方法:自2001年4月至2006年10月对38例股骨粗隆间骨折采用闭合复位、双头加压空心螺钉内固定治疗。结果:32例获得4个月至3年的随访,骨折全部愈合,无断钉等并发症。结论:双头加压空心螺钉内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折创伤小,术中出血少,固定可靠、能早期功能锻炼,可获得满意的疗效。
Objective：To investigate the effect of femoral intertrochanteric fracture in elderly patients treated with the double heads compressive hollow screw. Methods： From April 2001 to October 2006, thirty - eight elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture were treated by close reduction and double heads compressive hollow screw. Results： Thirty- two patients were followed up for four months to three years, all fractures healed without break of nail. Conclusion： Double heads compressive hollow screw provides a satisfied approach to the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture. It has the advantages of fewer invasions, less blood loss, steady fixation and early function recovery.
