摘要
根据修井和试油作业设备的现状和发展趋势,针对履带式通井机作业效率低、生产成本高、移动性能差等缺点,研制了TJ10 2型轮式通井机。该通井机采用自行式结构型式,行驶和作业共用一台柴油机,液力机械传动,4×4驱动形式。对通井机的柴油机与液力变矩器进行了匹配计算,并对作业传动系、行驶传动系等进行了设计计算。现场应用表明,TJ10 2型轮式通井机在作业性能、经济性、越野性、行驶速度、操作等方面有了较大改善。
