摘要
分析了机械驱动增压注水泵在使用过程中存在的问题,论述了开发液压增压注水泵的必要性及设计方案。液压增压注水泵是用变量泵和动力油缸代替机械驱动增压注水泵的复杂机械驱动装置,其结构简单,使用安全可靠,并可实现无级调速。泵的冲程长,冲次低,排量可调。对其进行开发将带来较好的社会效益和经济效益。
The current states of mechanical drive boosting injection pump and the structural characteristics of the hydraulic drilling pump are analyzed. The necessarity for developing hydraulic bossting injection pump and the developing trends are described. The complicated mechanical drive equipment of boosting injection pump was replaced by variable pump and power oil cylinder. The structure of hydraulic boosting injection pump is simple and reliable. It is designed to be operated without grand speed changes. A long stroke, short number of reciprocations, variable discharge are used in the pump.
