摘要
本文运用新制度经济学的分析方法 ,提出了中国农业经济增长的一个理论模型 ,指出农地制度安排是影响农业经济增长的重要因素。在此基础上 ,分析了家庭联产承包经营责任制对农业经济增长的重大贡献 ,同时指出 ,作为一项制度创新 ,实现集体经济和规模经营是中国农地产权制度改革的趋势和方向 。
Applying the analysis method of the new institutional economics, this paper puts forwards a theoretical model of Chinese agricultural economic growth, as well as points out that the arrangement of farmland system is a significant factor affecting the agricultural economic growth. On the basis, the paper analyzes the important contribution of the household responsibility system to the agricultural economic growth. Meanwhile, it indicates that as an institutional innovation, to execute the collective economy and scale operation is the trend and direction of Chinese farmland property right system reform, and has the great significance to Chinese agricultural economic growth.
