农业的可持续发展主要依靠农民素质的提高 ,提高农民素质就是要对农民的人力资本进行投资。从农民人力资本的现状、农民人力资本投资对农业增长和可持续发展的影响以及对农民人力资本进行投资的途径等方面 。
The sustainable development of agriculture mainly depends on the peasantry's quality. Raise of peasantry's quality needs human capital investment. This paper discusses the present situation of human capital investment in countryside, the impact of the investment on sustainable development of agriculture in countryside, as well as the investing approaches to human capital.
