摘要
目的 :减轻整体护理考评现场询问对病人的心理压力。方法 :采用问卷调查法对模式病房的 1 0 0例病人进行心理压力方面的调查。结果 :通过卡方检验进行统计分析 ,病人本身的心理压力状况、合群性、文化程度等对病人产生心理压力有明显差异。结论 :进行整体护理考评现场询问会对病人造成较大的心理压力 ,考评者要分析原因 ,并通过改变考评方法 ,提高考评者素质 ,使病人保持适度的压力 ,从而真正地了解整体护理质量 ,以达到更好地为病人服务的目的。
Objective:To investigate mental pressure of patients caused by holistic nursing examination on the spot. Method: Question-answer paper was adopted to investigate mental pressure of 100 patients in model wards. Results: χ 2 test showed that situation of mental pressure, gregariousness and education level results in great difference on mental pressure of patients. Conclusion: investigation of holistic nursing examination on the spot can extend mental pressure on patients. Investigators should analyze reasons, improve their ability by changing examination methods, and then, really understand quality of holistic nursing to serve patients better.
