摘要
根据电磁波在金属表面反射的理论,提出了利用微波测量技术测量表面粗糙度的新方法。利用微波技术理论分析了测量原理,给出了测试装置图,介绍了系统的工作原理,最后,给出了实验结果和误差分析。这种方法具有非接触测量的优点。
Based on the theory that electromag netic waves are reflected by metal surface,a new method is presented using microwave measuring technology for surface roughness mea-surement.Through microwave technology,measuring principles are analyzed,a map of experi-mental devices,the operating principle of the system,the experimental results as well as an error analysis are offered.The new method has the advantage of non-con tact measure ment.
