摘要
激励的实质是一种互动关系 ,激励资源则是激励赖以生存的原因或条件 ,而激励对象的性质和企业组织的职责决定着激励资源的有效利用。在分析影响激励资源使用效果的关键的基础上 ,有针对性地提出了企业内部激励资源有效使用的策略和措施。
The essence of motivation is a kind of interactive relation. Motivation resources are conditions for motivation to emerge, while the nature of motivation objects and the duty of the organizaion decide on the effective use of motivation resources. On the basis of analyzing the key points which affect the effective use of motivation resources,some concerning strategies and measures are presented for the purpose of effective use of motivation resources within enterprises.
