摘要
根据BAA中温α-淀粉酶发酵成熟醪的特性,对生产食品级精制液体BAA中温α-淀粉酶工艺进行了研究,高效回收了产品,单罐回收率达到77%,平均综合回收率为74.6%,产品质量符合食品级要求。
According to the character istics of fermented liquor BAA mesophilicα-diastase,technolog y of food g rade refined liquid mesophilicα-diastase has been studied.The recovered efficiency of product was promoted.The per -fermentor recovery yield reached77.0%and the averag e synthesis recovered yield was 74.6%.The quality of product accords with the demands of food g rade.
