摘要
提出了一种利用优化叶片在转子上的初始装配排列顺序减小转子单级初始不平衡量 ,降低涡轮喷气发动机振动的技术 ,并在此基础上研制了具有数据采集功能 ,能迅速完成叶片优化排序的基于单片机的智能仪器———发动机转子叶片微机称重排序仪。
This paper introduces a new technology which can reduce turbojet engine vibration by optimizing initial arrangement order of blades on rotor to reduce rotor stage unbalance. Based on it, an intelligent instrument is developed which uses single chip microcomputer with blade weight data acquisition function and can optimize blade arrangement sequence to rapidly get least initial unbalance on rotor stages.
