摘要
知识管理在21世纪企业管理上是一个很流行的词汇,它对企业生存、发展有着深远的意义,而且知识管理包容的思想也对教育信息化有重要的指导作用。本文先对知识管理的定义、核心、实质及与信息技术的关系进行了阐述,然后初步探讨了知识管理对信息技术在教育中运用的意义。
Knowledge Management is a popular word in the enterprise management in the 21th century.It is important to the survival and development of an enterprise,and its theory plays a guidance role in the information evaluation.The essay explains the definition,core,quality and relationship between knowledge and IT. It also probes the meaning of knowledge management and its application in education.
