摘要
本文以卵巢解剖的方法观察了不同来源及蚜型的桃蚜卵巢小管数量的变异,其中来源于春季桃树上的干母的卵巢小管数最多,平均达12.93根,而晚秋桃树上的无翅雌性蚜则最少,平均仅4.67根,在孤雌胎生蚜中无翅蚜较有翅蚜多。桃蚜的起飞行为包括起飞角度和起飞时间两方面。作者测定有翅桃蚜的起飞势能,结果表明,有翅蚜卵巢小管数的多少影响其起飞势能的大小,卵巢小管数越少,起飞角度越大,起飞时间越短。
The variation of ovary canal number in different forms of greenpeach aphid Myzus persicae(Sulzer)from different sources were ex-amined in 1987.The results showed that the highest number was in fun-
datrix(averaged to 12.93/f.)on peach in spring,and the lowest num-ber was in apterous amphigonic female(averaged to 4.69/f.)on peachin late autumn.In alienicola,the number of apterous female washigher than that of alatae.
A takeoff measuring device was developed for determining the take-off potential including the takeoff angle and duration of this insect.It was indicated that the takeoff angle was increased and takeoff dura-tion was decreased with the decrease of ovary canal number.
