交配对稻纵卷叶螟飞行能力及再迁飞能力的影响 被引量:22

Effect of copulation on flight capacity and remigration capacity of Cnaphalocrocis medinalis ( Guenèe)

摘要 利用飞行磨装置测定了稻纵卷叶螟(Cnaphalocrocis medinalis)成虫的飞行能力。结果表明:在3日龄起飞情况下,稻纵卷叶螟可有4~5次再迁飞,交配后每一次再迁飞的个体比例略低于未交配的稻纵卷叶螟。但交配过后的稻纵卷叶螟再迁飞能力依然很强,到第2次再迁飞时,仍有40%~50%可以进行再迁飞,并且在再迁飞过程中雌蛾卵巢发育、交配与再迁飞是同步进行的。4、5日龄稻纵卷叶螟交配后的飞行能力和再迁飞次数与未交配的差异不显著,但交配可加快雌蛾卵巢发育。取食不同食料的3日龄雌蛾交配后其再迁飞能力与未交配的差异不显著。由此认为:稻纵卷叶螟虽第1次起飞是在其幼嫩后期,但在以后的多次再迁飞过程中并不存在"卵子发生与飞行共轭"。 The flight capacity of moths of Cnaphalocrocis medinalis ( Guenèe) was examined by flight mills. The results indicated that the moths taking off on the 3rd day after eclosion can take remigration for 45 days ( times) in general. The ratio of remigration of mated moths was slightly lower than that of the unmated moths. However,the mated moths still had strong flight capacity, and there was 40%50% of the moths can take off as the second remigration,and their ovarian development,copulation and flight were synchronized in the process of remigration. Compared with virgin moths,the flight capacity and times of remigration of copulated 4 and 5 days old moths showed no significant difference,but ovarian development could be accelerated by copulation. The remigration capacity of the mated 3-day old moths fed on different food ( water or honey solution) showed no significant differences. It is suggested that the oogenesis-flight syndrome is not a characteristics of this species in the process of remigration,although their first takeoff will be in the post-teneral period.
