摘要
以文献资料法研究了滨州市洪涝灾害历史 ,以调查评价法和海因里希法评估了全市建国以来 5 0年洪涝灾害的经济损失 ,分析了洪涝灾害成因 。
The history of floods disaster in Binzhou is studied with the literature research method, the economic losses caused by floods disaster in the past 50 years since the founding of the P.R.China are evaluated with the investigation-evaluation method and Heinrich method, the causes of floods disaster are analyzed and the countermeasures are put forward.
