摘要
现代企业制度建设首先要明确产权关系 ,进行产权制度改革。优化国有企业治理就是要抓住现代企业制度的本质 。
To construct the institution of modern enterprices,the first thing to do is clarify the relationships of the right of property,and then carry out reforming the system of the right of property.Optimizing administration of the state run enterprices menas getting to the essense of the modern institution of enterprices and dealing with problems of the weakening of the impelling mechanism and the lacking in restrictions on the right of property.
