摘要
为了探讨锰对细胞免疫功能的影响,给小鼠每天ip MnCl_2(0、10、20、40mg/kg),分别连续2、4、6周。结果表明:①各染锰组于4周后脾重增加,而染锰至6周却下降;②各组染锰2周后脾NKC活性和T细胞对ConA的增殖反应开始下降,染锰4周和6周进一步降低,并与染毒剂量相关。结果提示,MnCl_2,对细胞免疫系统有明显的毒作用。
In order to explore effects of manganese on celluler immunity, mice were injected(ip) daily with MnCl_2 at different dosage(0, 10, 20, 40mg/kg)for 2wks, 4wks, and 6wks. The experimental findings: ① In the groups treated with MnCl_2, spleen weight increased following 4wks of MnCl_2 exposure, whereas decreased following 6wks of exposure. ② Mouse splenic NK cell activity and lymphocyte proliferation response to ConA began to decrease after 2wks of exposure to MnCl_2, and the decrease became more significant following 4wks and 6wks of exposure, which were negatively correlated with exposing dosage of MnCl_2. The results indicated that MnCl_2 had an obvious cytotoxicity on cellular immunity.
