摘要
采用毛细管气相色谱 -电子捕获检测法测定兔血浆中的 5 -单硝酸异山梨醇酯及其在兔体内的药物动力学参数。结果显示血浆药物浓度在 5 0～ 15 0 0 ng/ m l范围内线性关系良好 。
A capillary GC ECD method for the determination of isosorbide 5 mononitrate in rabbit plasma was established. The accuracy of the method was checked by recoveries. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 50~1500 ng/ml( r =0.9984). The pharmacokinetic study was also reported.
