腰椎峡部裂记忆合金节段内固定器的生物力学评价 被引量:5

摘要 目的 :对自行研制的腰椎峡部裂记忆合金节段内固定器进行生物力学评价。方法 :采用MTS-85 8材料试验机先在 0℃条件下测试 10件内固定器的抗拉力情况 ,内固定器在常温下恢复原形状后 ,随机分成 2组 ,分别在 3 7℃及 40℃条件下测量其抗拉力情况 ;2件内固定器施加 2 0~ 2 0 0N进行循环拉伸载荷 (1Hz)测试 ,观察内固定器的形变情况。结果 :0℃条件下内固定器的抗拉力能力明显低于 3 7℃及 40℃组 (P <0 .0 1) ,在 3 7℃及 40℃条件下内固定器被拉开 2mm均需 2 0 0N以上拉力 ,且 2组间无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 1) ;2件内固定器发生形变 6%时抵抗拉伸载荷次数分别为 95 76次和 10 0 2 8次。结论 :腰椎峡部裂记忆合金节段内固定器是一种简便易行。 objective:To evaluate the intrasegmental shape memory alloy fixator for lumbar spondylolysis designed by authors with biomechanical method.Methods:The abilities of resisting pulling force of 10 fixators were tested with MTS-858 under 0℃ at first. After restorating to normal temperature,the 10 fixators were divided into two grorps :37℃ group and 40℃ group.The abilities of resisting pulling force of fixators in 37℃ group were tested under 37℃,fixators in 40℃ group were tested under 40℃;two fixators were fatigued with 20~200N cycling pulling load(1Hz) by MTS-858,and the deformation of them were observed carefully. Results:The abilities of resisting pulling force of fixators in 0℃ group was far lower than that of the fixators in 37℃ group and 40℃ group ( P <0.01);When fixator was pulled open 2mm under 37℃ and 40℃,the pulling force was over 200N.There was no significant difference between 37℃ group and 40℃ group( P >0.01).When the two fixators were deformed to 6% by pulling load,they had resisted the pulling load for 9576 times and 10028 times respectivly.Conclusion: Intrasegmental shape memory alloy fixator is a simple and reliable intrasegmental instrument for direct repair of lumbar spondylolysis.
