腰椎峡部裂的诊断和治疗进展 被引量:10

摘要 腰椎峡部裂(1umbar spondylolysis)为腰椎一侧或两侧椎弓上下关节突之间的峡部骨质缺损不连续,亦称椎弓峡部裂或峡部不连,其本质是峡部假关节的形成Ⅲ。该疾病于1865年由Lambel首先发现,是骨科常见病,其国人发病率5%~6%,
