摘要
为了研究探讨冷库作业劳动保护措施,本文对山东省威海地区18个冷库生产现场、217名冷作业工人的健康与防护状况进行调查研究。结果表明,冷库工人主诉症状较多的是膝关节痛46%、腰痛26.7%、慢性腹泻18%均显著高于对照组工人。这些病症的发生率与冷作业工龄和冷防护服保暖量不够有密切关系。建议今后在改进冷作业劳动保护工作中应注重改进防护工作服装的设计,提高其保暖性能。
The health status, and labour protection of 217 workers working in 18 cold storages were investigated in Weihai district. Shandong Province, Peoples Republic of China The results showed that the complaint of knee joint pain, lumbago and chronic enteritis amounted to 46.0%, 26.7% and 18.0% respeetively. All significantly higher than that of controls. It appeared to be closely related to the length of wcrk, and the warm effect of the clothes. It suggested that the design of labor clothes good for warm-keeping would bc very importment in protecting worker's health in term of these jobs.
