摘要
目的 :研究补肾调经中药对着床期子宫内膜反应性中血管生成因子和血管生成因子受体的影响。方法 :采用自身对照方法对服用中药前后的人着床期子宫内膜组织的VEGF、VEGFR、bFGF FGF、PDGFR α、EGFR进行免疫组织化学的对比分析。结果 :服用中药后 5种因子的表达强度和阳性细胞率均明显增加 (P <0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1) ,提示中药具有整体促进血管生成的作用。结论
Aim:To study the effect of prescription of tonifying kidney to regulate menstruation on augiogenic factors and their receptors in implantational endometrium. Methods:Self controlled design. Comparison of immunohistochemical staining of VEGF, VEGFR, bFGF/FGF, PDGFR α, EGFR pre and post administration of prescribed medicine. Result:Strength and positive rate of the five factors was increased significently ( P<0.05 0.01) , suggesting the medicine has an effect on agiogenesis. Conclusion:Administration of Tonifying the Kidney to Regulate Menstruation prescription stimulating agiogenesis to ensure the establishment and maintain of pregnancy.
