摘要
该文探讨了数据包络分析 (DEA)在评价医学科研机构科技效率中的适用性及其优缺点 ,为合理配置卫生资源 。
The paper studied the appropriate, merits and demerits of Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) in evaluating scientific and technical efficiency of medical research institution. It provided a useful reference for allocating healthy scientific and technologic resources rationally and for enhancing the scientific and technical efficiency.
