摘要
制备了一系列聚氨酯/环氧树脂互穿聚合物网络PU/EPIPNs。由DSC、TMA和DDV研究表明,IPNs在高温区存在单一的玻璃化转变温度Tg,IPNs的相行为与其粘接剪切强度相关。
A series of polyurethane/epoxy resin (PU/EP) IPNs based on polymethylene polyphenyl isocyanate (PAPI) and polyether or polyester diols were prepared. The phase behavior and adhesive shear strength were investigated by DSC, TMA, dynamic viscoelastomer and tensile tester. Single glass transition temperature in high temperature regions implies good compatibility between two networks, especially for IPNs composed of novolac epoxy resin. The better the compatibility at the PU/EP=25/75, the larger the adhesive strength up to 16~18 MPa versus 12~13 MPa for epoxy resins. The existance of a graft polymer within the IPNs may be attributed to the improvement in compatibility.
