摘要
研制了具有高强度、中等导电性的铜合金,其抗拉强度达454MPa,电阻率为4.08μΩ·cm。研究了不同时效工艺对合金的力学、电学性能的影响,实验结果表明:时效处理能显著提高合金的强度;合金高强度主要来源于微量Cr和Zr引起的析出强化;合金的导电性则主要由Zn和Cr含量来控制。
A kind of high strength and moderate electric conductivity copper alloy is prepared,the tensile strength and resistivity achieve454MPa and4.08μΩ·cm respectively.The effect of aging treatment on me chan ical and electrical conductivity of alloy was studied,The result shows that aging treatment can improve the me chanical property of the alloy.The leading strengthening mechanism of the alloy is the precipitate strengthening arosed by tittle of Cr and Zr .The resistivity of the alloy is determined by the content of Zn and Cr.
