摘要
采用真空熔炼工艺制备高铬锆铜合金,并通过挤压、轧制、多道次拉拔及中间退火等方法制备了高铬锆铜弹簧触指丝材,并对其性能进行了测试。结果发现,其电导率为43.419~47.345MS/m,抗拉强度为650~742 MPa,综合性能远高于传统铍铜、铍钴铜和铬锆铜弹簧触指丝材,同时对合金熔炼工艺进行详细分析,为保证高铬锆铜合金铸锭质量,重点要加强人工补缩。
The high chromium Cu-Cr-Zr alloy was prepared by vacuum melting process,and the high chromium Cu-Cr-Zr spring contact wire was prepared by extrusion,rolling,multi-pass drawing and intermediate annealing.The performance of the spring contact wire was measured.The results show that the electric conductivity and the tensile strength reach 43.419~47.345 MS/m and 650~742 MPa,respectively.The comprehensive performance is much higher than that of the traditional beryllium copper,samarium cobalt copper and chrome zirconium copper spring contact wire.In order to improve the quality of high chromium Cu-Cr-Zr alloy ingots,the alloy smelting process was analyzed in detail,especially to strengthening manual feeding.
