在不同时期用不同浓度赤霉素处理葡萄品种巨峰、藤稔和京亚,对其产生无籽果和果实大小进行了研究,结果表明,赤霉素处理均促进了葡萄无籽果的形成而且显著增加了单果重。巨峰和京亚均以花前80mg·L-1+花期40mg·L-1GA3处理无籽果率最高,分别为100%和82.3%,藤稔则以花前80mg·L-1+花期80mg·L-1GA3处理无籽果率最高,为66.7%;巨峰以花后200mg·L-1GA3处理单果重增加最为显著,而藤稔和京亚则以花前+花期GA3处理单果重增加最为显著。
The experiment was conducted to study the effects of grape seedless fruit and its sizeafter spraying different concentrations GA3of grape cultivars Kyoho, Fujiminori and Jingya in differentstage. The results showed that grape seedless fruit formed and weight per fruit were significantlyincreased after spraying GA3. Under 80mg1L-1 before flowering plus 40 mg1L-1 flowering season of GA3treatment, the seedless fruits of Kyoho and Jingya were the best with 100 percent and 82.3 percentdifferently, but that of Fujiminori was the best with 66.7 percent under 80 mg1L-1 before flowering plus80 mg1L-1 flowering season of GA3 treatment. The weight per fruit of Kyoho cultivar was significantlyincreased under 200 mg1L-1 GA3 treatment after flowering, but that of Fujiminori and Jingya was signifi-cantly increased under before flowering plus flowering season GA3 treatment.
