摘要
为葡萄生产提供理论依据。用不同浓度的GA3处理初花期、盛花期和末花期的巨峰葡萄,研究GA3对葡萄果实重量、种子数量及青果数的影响。与对照相比,各处理都明显提高了葡萄的青果数,其中以初花期37.5 mg/L的GA3处理青果数为最多,达51.0个,但初花期12.5 mg/L、盛花期25.0 mg/L、末花期25.0~50.0 mg/L的GA3处理果实青果数相对较少;各处理均不同程度地提高了无籽果比率,降低了1~4籽果数,初花期以50.0 mg/L的GA3处理的效果最佳,盛花期和末花期以37.5 mg/L的GA3处理的效果最佳;各处理不同程度地降低了平均单果重,25.0 mg/L GA3处理的平均单果重最小。各GA3处理都不同程度地降低了单果重,增加了果实小青果数。
The aim of the research was to provide theoretical basis for the production of grape.Kyoho grape in early flowering stage,peak flowering stage and late flowering stage were treated with different concentrations of GA3 to study the effects of GA3 on grape fruit weight,seed amount and immature fruit number.Compared with CK,the immature fruit number of grape in all treatments was obviously increased,in which,the immature fruit number in treatments of with 37.5 mg/L GA3 in early flowering stage was most(up to 51.0),while those in treatments with GA3 at 12.5 mg/L in early flowering stage,25.0 mg/L in peak flowering stage and 25.0~50.0 mg/L in late flowering stage were relatively less.All the treatments increased the seedless fruit ratio and decreased the number of fruits with 1~4 seeds.The effect of treatment with 50.0 mg/L GA3 was best in early flowering stage and that of treatment with 37.5 mg/L GA3 was best in peak flowering stage and late flowering stage.Average fruit weight in all treatments was decreased,with that in treatment of 25.0 mg/L GA3 being least.All treatments decreased the fruit weight and increased the number of little immature fruit.
