摘要 主要概述了液相色谱-质谱联用技术的进展,样品前处理的方法,以及近年来该技术在低温肉制品检测中的应用及其发展前景。主要概述了液相色谱-质谱联用技术的进展,样品前处理的方法,以及近年来该技术在低温肉制品检测中的应用及其发展前景。 The progress of high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectra combined technology was outlined in this paper,and sample pre-treatment methods,as well as the technology in the detection of low-temperature meat products in recent years and their development prospects were also introduced.
