摘要
目的 比较半导体激光与氯霉素糖粉治疗感染性伤口的临床疗效。方法 手术或创伤所致感染性伤口 136例 ,随机分为半导体激光治疗组 76例 ,氯霉素糖粉治疗组 6 0例。前者采用半导体激光创面照射 ,每次 5min ,每日 1次 ;后者创面外敷 5 %氯霉素糖粉 ,每日 1次 ;均以 10次治疗为 1个疗程 ,于治疗后第 5、10天观察感染创面变化 ,测量创面面积 ,切取创缘皮肤组织进行光镜下观察。对所得数据进行统计学分析。结果 治疗后 5或 10d ,激光组伤口面积缩小率明显优于氯霉素糖粉组 (P <0 0 1) ,肉眼及光镜下观察 ,激光组创面愈合明显优于氯霉素糖粉组。结论 半导体激光照射和氯霉素糖粉外敷对感染创面的愈合均有作用 ,半导体激光照射的疗效明显优于氯霉素糖粉外敷。
Objective To study the healing effect of the infected wounds treatment by bio semiconductor laser and Chloramphenicol frosting. Methods One hundred and thirty six Patients with infected wounds were randomly divided into laser group (76) and the control group (60). The irradiation was once a day in laser group; chloramphenicol frosting was applied externally in the control group. Both treatments for 10 times. At the 5th, 10th day of treatment, the alteration of infected wounds was observed and the wounded skin tissue was histopathologically analyzed by light microscope. Results The healing effects of the laser group on 5 d and 10 d were better than the control one(P<0 01). Conclusion Both groups were effective in treating infected wounds, but the bio semiconductor laser is batter than the Chloramphenicol frosting.
