肱骨远端骨骺骨化中心钙化演变的超声观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的 探讨肱骨远端骨骺及骨化中心钙化、演变及形态改变的声像图特征。方法 使用高频超声对 12 0例健康受检者的右侧肱骨远端骨骺进行了横切面、纵切面及冠状切面扫查。结果 肱骨远端骨骺的骨化中心出现钙化的顺序依次为肱骨小头及外半滑车、内上髁、内半滑车、外上髁。声像图均表现为斑片状中强回声 ,逐渐演变成弧线状 ,直至相互间及与干骺端接合成线状 ;骨骺组织的低回声随骨化中心的演变逐渐减小至消失。结论 超声检查不仅可观察骨骺形态的改变 ,还可观察骨化中心的形态、位置。 Objective To explore the imaging characteristics of the calcification and development of the distal humeral epiphysis' ossification centers and the changes of the epiphyseal figure.Methods In the 120 cases, imaging of the right distal humeral epiphysis of the transverse, longitudinal and coronal views were scanned by high frequency ultrasonic.Results The calcific sequence of the ossification centers was as follows: capitulum, external semi trochlea, medial epicondyle, inner semitrochlea and lateral epicondyle. The ultrasonographic characteristics of the ossification centers presented the spot patch middle strong echo. Gradually, they all became arches, connected each other and with metaphysis into a line at last. The lower echo of the epiphysis tissue attenuated with the development of the ossification center till it disappeared.Conclusions Not only the changes of the shape of the epiphysis but also the shape, position, echo features and developped process of the ossification centers can be observed by the ultrasonic examination.
