摘要
目的 探讨超声检查婴儿肱骨远端未骨化骨骺的正常形态、回声特征及与周围结构间的关系。方法 对 2 1例 1～ 12个月的婴儿及 3例胎龄 7～ 8个月胎儿的肱骨下段及远端骨骺进行横向及纵向超声扫查。结果 肱骨远端骨骺横切面呈“蝶形”中低回声 ,纵切面内外髁呈半圆形 ,中央部呈近似圆形中低回声 ,符合肱骨远端骨骺形态的解剖基础。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the normal shape,ultrasonic characteristics of unossifying epiphysis in distal end of humerus and its peripheral structure in infant.Methods The lower segment and the epiphysis in distal end of humeru of 21 infants (1～12 month) and 3 fetus (7～8 month) were scanned transversely and longitudinacly by ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus with high frequency probe.Results The epiphysis in distal end of humerus showed a midlow echo of a butterflylike shape in transverse section; the medial and external epicodyle showed a midlow echo of semicircular shape and the central area showed a approximately round mid low echo in longitudinal section.The charcateristics above corresponded with anatomical shape of epiphysis in distal end of humerus.Conclusions Ultrasonic examination can show the characteristics of unossifying epiphysis in distal end of humerus and the relationship between unossifying epiphysis in distal end of humerus and epiphysis in proximal end of ulna and radius.
