摘要
用分光光度法测定了不同浓度氨态氮的吸光度 ,利用计算机改进了数据处理方法 ,作出标准工作曲线 。
The author used absorption s pe ctrometry to determine the absorbance of NH +_4-N under different concentrati ons,Computer is used to improve the data processing method,and then draw standar d curves.It can be used in the actual determination and analyse of NH +_4-N.
