摘要
目的 研究绝经后妇女体脂含量和分布指标与血清 Leptin水平变化间的关系。方法 收集 92例绝经前后妇女 ,依据绝经与否分为绝经前组 2 2例 ,绝经后组 70例。血清 Leptin及雌激素水平以放免法检测 ,同时测定其他参数。所得资料进行统计学处理。结果 Leptin水平同体重指数、臂围等呈显著正相关。肥胖组 Leptin显著升高 ,与年龄、血压和性激素无关。多元逐步回归分析显示 ,BMI为影响 Leptin水平的主要因素 ,参与值达到 40 .0 9%。结论 绝经后妇女体脂分布发生了改变 ,呈“苹果”型 ,提示绝经后肥胖妇女体内存在 L
Objectives To investigate the relationship between indices of obesity and serum leptin levels in postmenopausal women. Methods The study was performed in 92 women of 22 premenopausal women and 70 postmenopausal women. Serum leptin levels and sex hormone concentrations were evaluated by radioimmunoassay while other indices were also measured. These data were statistically analyzed. Results The results showed that leptin levels were positively correlated with BMI, hip circumference, but not with age, blood pressure and sex hormones. Multiple stepwise regression analysis demonstrated that BMI was accounted for 40.09 percent of the leptin variation. Conclusions Distribution of body fat in postmenopausal women showed that there was a tendency as an 'Apple' figure. It suggests that there is existence of leptin resistance in the majority of obese postmenopausal women.
