摘要
目的 探讨表麻下行青光眼小梁切除术的可行性并对其效果进行评价。方法 对 63例 1 0 2眼青光眼行表麻下小梁切除术 ,观察麻醉效果及术中术后并发症。结果 1 0 2眼麻醉成功率占 96 % ,术中未出现常规麻醉可能出现的局部或全身并发症。结论 表麻下青光眼小梁切除术麻醉效果良好 ,安全性高 ,适应证范围广 。
Objective To study the feasibility and efficacy of topical anesthesia for trabeculectomy of glaucoma.Methods The operations were performed on 102 eyes and the efficacy and postoperative complications were observed.Results 98 eyes(96%) were anesthesiaed successfully,of 102 patients, no general and local complications occurred.Conclusion Topical anesthesia can be used safely and effectively for trabeculectomy of glaucoma,especially for patients with tubular visual field or heart disease.
