摘要
目的 探讨白内障合并青光眼联合手术的治疗效果。方法 对 42例 (46眼 )白内障合并青光眼施行小切口非超声乳化白内障人工晶状体植入联合小梁切除术。结果 随访 3月 ,视力达 0 3及以上者 39眼(84 78% ) ,眼压控制在正常范围内 (<2 0 55mmHg)者 41眼 (89 1 3 % )。结论 该术式具有切口小、组织损伤轻 ,视力恢复快 ,无需复杂设备 ,操作简单等优点。手术一次完成 ,就达到增进视力 ,降低眼压的双重目的 ,特别适合在基层医院推广。
Objective To study the effect of triple surgery in patients with cataract and glaucoma.Methods Combined triple surgery of non phaco small incision ECCE,IOL implantation and trabeculectomy were performed on 46 eyes of 42 cases with cataract and glaucoma.Results After follow up for 3 months,39 eyes had the best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)≥0.3(84.78%),41 eyes had the IOP <20.55 mmHg(89.73%) Conclusion The triple surgery had the advantadge of a small incision,little tissue injury,faster visual recovery,simply instruments and simply manipulation.The improve of visual acuity and IOP control were accomplished in one surgery.This surgery was suitable for substructure hospital.
