摘要
目的 探讨青光眼滤过术后进行小切口白内障手术方法及疗效评价。方法 对21例(21眼)青光眼滤过术后白内障采用颞侧巩膜切口行白内障囊外摘除及人工晶体植入术。结果 患者术后视力不同程度提高21眼(100％),眼压正常(2.03±0.50kPa)。结论 对青光眼滤过术后白内障经颞侧巩膜隧道式切口囊外摘除及人工晶体植入术,可提高视力,保持滤过泡功能。此法无需复杂设备,适合于基层医院推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of a method of small incision cataract extraction after glaucoma filtering surgery. Methods 21 patients (21 eyes) with cataract after glaucoma filtering surgery were given small incision cataract extraction with posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation through a temporal sutureless scleral tunnel. Results The postoperative visual acuity improved in 21 eyes (100%). The postoperative intraocular pressure was normal (2.03 ± 0.50 kPa). Conclusion Glaucomatous eyes with cataract after filtering surgery can rehabilitate their visual acuity and maintain the function of the filtering bleb by the small incision cataract extraction with posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation through a temporal sutureless scleral tunnel. This method shall popularize easily for extensive hospitals, benefit our country.
