摘要
目的 探讨提高伴严重眼前段外伤的外伤性白内障后房人工品状体 (PC -IOL)植入效果的手术方法、技巧。方法 34例 34眼采用分次手术的方法完成、眼前段重建、白内障摘出和PC -IOL植入术。结果 34眼均顺利植入PC -IOL。术后 2～1 6月矫正视力 0 .1者 1 1眼 ,0 .2～ 0 .4者 1 3眼 ,0 .5～0 6者 7眼 ,0 .8～ 1 .0者 3眼。术后无严重并发症。结论 采用分次手术的方法可提高伴严重眼前段外伤的外伤姓白内障PC
Objective To study surgical methods,techniques of increasing the efficacy of posterior intraocular lens(PC-IOL) implantation in traumatic cataract with severe anterior segment ocular trauma.Methods 34 cases(34 eyes)of the above-stated cataract were performed reestablishment of the anterior segment of the eye,cataract extraction and PC-IOL implantation by stages.Results PC-IOL could be implanted in 34 eyes.2 to 16 months after operation,the corrected vision:0.1 in 11 eyes,0.2～0.4 in 13 eyes,0.5～0.6 in 7 eyes,0.8～1.0 in 3 eyes.There were no serious complications after postoperation.Conclusion It could increase the efficacy of PC-IOL implantation if traumatic cataract surgery were performed by stages in cases with severe anterior segment ocular trauma.
