摘要
目的 探讨外伤性白内障手术时机对术后眼部反应及预后的影响。方法 眼前段外伤致白内障 61例 ,合并眼内异物 12例。按手术时间分为 4组 :<3天、3～ 14天、14～ 90天、1年以上。结果 各组植入人工晶状体为 :41 67%、61 11%、80 95 %、90 %。 4组间术前视力无差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;术后视力 1、3组间有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;术后反应 1组与其它 3组间均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 外伤性白内障手术宜在伤后 2周后进行 ,人工晶状体植入成功率将相应增高。
Objective To search how surgical opportunity’s chosen of traumatic cataract affects the optic reaction after surgery and the prognosis.Methods 61 traumatic cataract cases including 12 cases with foreign bodies were divided into 4 groups by the courses after trauma:<3 days,3～14 days,14～90 days,and after one year.Result The percents to plant IOL of each group:41.67%,61.11%,80.95%,90%.There is no difference of the vision before surgery among the groups ( P>0.05) .The vision after surgery of lst.group is different from that of 3rd.group( P<0.05 ).There is no difference of the reaction after surgery among the groups besides lst.group with others.Conclusion The traumatic cataract surgery should be done 2 weeks after trauma.And the prognosis will be better.
