摘要
目的:观察 Nd:YAG 激光联合平阳霉素治疗血管瘤的疗效。方法:50例口腔草莓状、混合性血管瘤,先给局部注射平阳霉素,待瘤体变薄后,应用1064nm Nd:YAG 激光治疗,另50例类似病例只作激光治疗作对照。结果:两组总有效率分别为96%、72%,有显著统计学差异(P<0.01)。联合组激光治疗次数和副作用明显减少。结论:激光联合平阳霉素治疗口腔血管瘤是一种安全、有效的方法。
Objective:To observe the effects on oral hemangioma treated by 1064 wave length Nd: YAG laser combined with pingyangmycin local injection.Methods:50 eases of oral strawberry and mixed hemangioma were treated first by injection of pingyangmycin in tumor then 1064 nm wave Nd :YAG laser was inducted when tumor became thinner.Another same 50 cases treated with Nd:YAG laser only as con- trol experiment.Results:The total effective rates of the two different group were 96%,72% respeetivly and with statistical difference.The combined group had shorter therapeutic time and less side effect.Co- nclusion:The result suggests that the group combined Nd:YAG laser with pingyangmycin local injection for oral hemangioma has better therapeutic effect and less side effect.
