摘要
目的:探讨急性有机磷农药中毒时急性呼吸衰竭与非呼吸衰竭时血清淀粉酶的变化规律及临床意义。方法:采用酶法测定38例急性有机磷农药中毒患者(急性呼吸衰竭12例,非急性呼吸衰竭26例)的血清淀粉酶。结果:38例急性有机磷中毒患者中12例发生呼吸衰竭者血清淀粉酶显著高于26例未发生呼吸衰竭者血清淀粉酶(P<0.05)。结论:急性有机磷农药中毒时血清淀粉酶越高,提示中毒程度越重,发生呼吸衰竭的可能性越大。
Objective:To explore the relationship between serum amylase in acute organophosphorous pesticide poisoning(AOPP)with and without acute respiratory failure.Methods:Serum amylase were measured by enzyme method in 38 patients with AOPP.Results:The levels of serum amylase in AOPP with acute respiratory failure were significantly higher than those without acute respiratory failure(P< 0.05).Conclusion :The higher the levels of serum amylase is,the severer poisoning condition is,the more the possibility of acute respiratory failure occurs.
