摘要
目的 观察不同麻醉方法对重症肌无力病人行胸腺切除术的影响。方法 选择 2 0例Ι～Ⅱb型重症肌无力病人分成两组 ,组Ⅰ行单纯全麻 ,组Ⅱ行硬膜外复合全麻 ,观察术前、插管后即刻、1min、3min、5min的SBP、DBP、MAP、HR变化 ,记录术中用药及术后恢复情况。结果 硬膜外复合全麻组病人术中血流动力学平稳 ,全麻药用量少 ,插管反应轻 ,且术后镇痛VAS评分低 ,并发症少。
Objective\ To investigate the effects of different anesthetic methods and techniques in myasthenia gravis(MS) undergoing thymusectomy. Methods\ Twenty Ι～Ⅱb MS patients were randomly divided into two groups: general anesthesia group(GA)(group I) and GA combined with continuous epidural block group(GA&E)(group Ⅱ)and monitored the change of SBP,DBP,NAP,HR of 1min,3min. 5min and change before anesthesia and immediate change after intubator was put in.In addition, the intraoperative anesthetic medicines and postoperative information in convalescence were recorded. Results\ In the GA&E group, the hemodynamic was stable, the decreased amount of anesthetic medicine was used, light reaction to tracheal intubation appeared during operation and the visual analogue scale(VAS) of postoperative analgesia was significantly lower, and there were decreased postoperative complication.Conclusion\ The general anesthesia combined with continuous epidural block is safe and effective to MG Ι～Ⅱa patients
