摘要
本文分析了当前我国高校图书馆参考咨询工作的转变 ,论述图书馆参考咨询服务的特点 ,提出要做好网络环境下参考咨询工作就必须掌握现代化技术。并结合实际 。
By analyzing the change in the university library's reference and consu ltation work in our country, the paper discusses the characteristics of referenc e and consultation service in the library and points out the necessity of the ma stery of modern technology to do the work well in network environment. Connectin g with reality, the article also expounds what the library should develop in ref erence and consultation service.
