摘要
为解决用硅酸钠作双氧水稳定剂所造成的硅垢及织物手感差的问题,作者选用非硅稳定剂AR-750代替硅酸钠。通过大量的试验数据对比,认为应用AR-750做氧漂稳定剂,织物的毛效、白度、强力等半制品的质量指标均优于硅酸钠工艺。
Non-siliceous AR-750 is recommended as a stabilizer in hydrogen peroxide bleaching instead of sodium silicate which makes the fabric with silicon stain and poor handle. The comparison and analysis of a number of test data show, that AR-750 stabilizer will grant better quality features of the cloth than sodium silicate,such as capilliarity, whiteness, strength etc..
