摘要
黏胶基蚕蛹蛋白纤维成衣具有穿着舒适性、悬垂性优良的特点,但纤维呈黄色,影响其后续染整加工.研究了H2O2漂白条件对黏胶基蚕蛹蛋白纤维白度和纤维中蛋白质损失量的影响.结果表明:常规漂白工艺中选择碱性条件可以获得更高的白度,但纤维的氮元素损失最大;在漂白加工中采用硅酸钠作为稳定剂可以获得较高的白度;通过对纤维进行弱碱性条件下的阳离子化处理,使纤维中的蛋白质颗粒带正电荷,纤维在低的H2O2质量浓度条件下获得更高的白度,且纤维中的蛋白质损失得到很好控制.
Garments with pupal protein-viscose fiber have comfortable wearing properties and good draping properties.But golden color of this fiber affects following dyeing and finishing processes clearly.H2O2bleaching conditions affecting on fiber whiteness and protein loss rate are discussed.Results show that good whiteness is obtained at formal bleaching conditions such as high pH value,but nitrogen loss rate is rising too.The research result indicates that pupal protein-viscose fiber can have better whiteness and lower nitrogen lose rate at lower concentration of H2O2 after it is treated with cationic modifying agents.
