摘要
为增加芬尼卡的溶解度和溶出速度，采用共沉淀法以折光率控制包合工艺，制备芬尼卡的β－环糊精包合物，并考察其性质。经紫外光谱法及相溶解度图法鉴定，表明芬尼卡与β－环糊精能形成包合物，芬尼卡β－环糊精包合物可以提高芬尼卡的溶解度２．８４倍，３０ｍｉｎ溶出度由７．３７％提高到３５．０２％。
The inclusion Compound of thiamphenicolβ- 6-cyclodextrins was prepared by the coprecipita- tion method, and its properties were investigated. The formation of inclusion Compound of thiamphenicol -β-cyclodextrin was confirmed by UV absorption spectrum and phase diagram. The results showed that the solubilization and dissolution rate of thiamphenicol were significantly increased when the drug was included by β-cyclodextrin.
