芬尼卡β-环糊精包合物的研制

摘要 为增加芬尼卡的溶解度和溶出速度,采用共沉淀法以折光率控制包合工艺,制备芬尼卡的β-环糊精包合物,并考察其性质。经紫外光谱法及相溶解度图法鉴定,表明芬尼卡与β-环糊精能形成包合物,芬尼卡β-环糊精包合物可以提高芬尼卡的溶解度2.84倍,30min溶出度由7.37%提高到35.02%。 The inclusion Compound of thiamphenicolβ- 6-cyclodextrins was prepared by the coprecipita- tion method, and its properties were investigated. The formation of inclusion Compound of thiamphenicol -β-cyclodextrin was confirmed by UV absorption spectrum and phase diagram. The results showed that the solubilization and dissolution rate of thiamphenicol were significantly increased when the drug was included by β-cyclodextrin.
