摘要
本文以财务目标为起点 ,从财务基本平衡等式入手 ,分析制约企业增长的关键因素 ,论证股票发行、企业负债与企业增长的关系 ,提出实现企业增长的基本财务策略。
Enterprises are the basic units in modern microeconomy.The developing condition and standard in the national economy are determined by the growth of enterprises,and the contiunous and steady increase in enterprises is the basic premise in the development of the whole society and economy.'Researching on the Financial Questions in Business Growth'started with some financial purposes.It analized some key factors to control Business growth by financial basic balances.It studied the relations of floating new stocks,enterprises debt.It put forward some financial measures in management to realize business increases.
